- First open the official portal of UP Education Council upbasiceduboard.gov.in
- Look for the appropriate link and click on ‘Online registration form
- Fill the application form with all required detail and submit the application.
- Now pay the fees through challan or SBI I collect.
- Next day after paying the fees through challan or I-collect option re-open the website and fill the form of second stage.
- Upload your photo and signature and finally submit the form.
- Take out the print of final application for future use.
