Eligibility Criteria for MP DMAT Exam 2016

If any candidate is going to appear in MP DMAT Exam 2016, he/she is required to meet the eligibility criteria specified below:

In order to get admission into MBBS/BDS course, applicants must have passed in 10+2 examination or equivalent either from MP Board or CBSE with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and secured at least 50% marks. Pass mark in English is also essential. OR,
Any other degree approved from Medical Council of India/Govt. of India/Dental Council of India.

Important Dates for MP DMAT Exam 2016- Announced

Last Date for receipt of duly filled online application form at Office of the Association of Private Dental & Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh, DMAT Office, E-2/51, Arera Colony, Bhopal – 462016 (M.P.): 10th May, 2016 upto 5:00 PM
Late Fees (Rs. 500/-) Submission Last Date: 12th May, 2016 upto 5:00 PM
MP DMAT 2016 Examination Date: 15th May, 2016 (11:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M.)
MP DMAT 2016 Application Form, How to Apply?

Application form can be obtained in following ways:

Candidates can obtain the application form from selected SBI branches by doing the payment of Rs. 750/- in cash.
Application form can be also obtained from all participating colleges or associated office with payment of Rs. 750/- either in cash or demand draft. Demand draft should be in favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal.
Candidates can also download the application form from the official website by submitting the demand draft of Rs. 1500/- (for MBBS and BDS programme) and Rs. 750/- for other programmes. The draft should be drawn in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal.
Important Instructions

• Before beginning the application procedure, all candidates are advised to check the minimum required eligibility criteria.
• Application form should be filled by using black or blue ball point pen and in English language only.
• Kindly avoid overwriting, erasing, cutting in the form as it may lead to rejection of your application.
• The application form filled in all aspects should be submitted to the Controller of Examination, DMAT Office, E-2/51, Area Colony, Opp. Habibganj Railway Station, Bhopal (MP)- 462016 through speed post/registered post/courier/in person. While sending the form it is must to attach a demand draft amounting Rs. 750/-. Candidates need to obtain the demand draft in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal.
• In case candidates are depositing the fee in cash then they need to deposit the exam fee by cash at DMAT office within the given deadline.
